Safe Seal
Safe Seal is a multi-use, waterbased, low gloss sealer for highly porous surfaces such as particle board, plywood, processed wood and porous
concrete. Formaldehyde blocking.
USE ON: Porous surfaces such as processed wood products, concrete, wood, new drywall, grout and plaster. If used as a grout sealer, wipe excess off tile with a damp cloth or sponge while still wet. Test surfaces first in inconspicuous areas to be sure product absorbs into surfaces completely. Excellent at controlling formaldehyde emissions of open faced and faced fiberglass batt insulation - simply fog spray surfaces.

Hard Seal is a multi-use, clear gloss sealer especially formulated to provide more resistance to both low and high porosity surfaces.
USE ON: Typically used on previously uncoated and unsealed woodwork, cabinetry, vinyl or porous tile. To prevent outgassing of previously coated surfaces, can also be applied over existing paints, stain and colorfast wallpaper. When applying to a previously coated surface test in inconspicuous places for satisfactory appearance. Correct application will slightly deepen color of existing surface.

Grout Sealer
Grout Sealer is a clear, moisture resistant sealer for porous tile grout and other cementation surfaces. It actually reacts with and becomes a part of the grout, increasing water resistance and minimizing the penetration of liquids, helping to prevent staining and giving a wearable, washable surface.
USE ON: Unsealed tile grout. May also be effective on a variety of other porous cementitious surfaces (test first). For previously sealed grout, conduct several small test patches for absorption and compatibility.

MexeSeal is a low odor, waterbased, medium gloss clear sealer. It is suitable for use on porous interior tile or masonry surfaces where oil and water repellency are desired.
USE ON: Safecoat MexeSeal is recommended on substrates such as the following; unpolished marble, limestone, granite, sandstone, slate, fireclay (brick, tile, terracotta, pavers), concrete (brick, tile, precast panels, cast in place). Safecoat MexeSeal is generally not suited for polished surfaces; test first.

DynoSeal is a sophisticated, low odor, all weather, waterproof, vapor proof coating and sealer that remains flexible for years. It is highly resistant to flame spread and temperature change, and when cured is also highly resistant to gasoline, oil, grease, fungi, acids and alkaline's. It has very low odor upon application and is odor free once cured.
USE ON: Safecoat DynoSeal is recommended for use on seamless roofs and as a deck coating and underlayment for shower stalls, tubs, pools and saunas. It is also recommended for use in repairing roofs, flashing, shingles and metal seems.

DynoSeal Driveway/Asphalt Sealer is a low odor elastomeric sealer and topcoating for asphalt surfaces. It helps to reduce the offgassing and offensive smells generated by new asphalt, while preserving and renewing existing asphalt surfaces.
USE ON: DynoSeal Driveway/Asphalt Sealer can be used on unsealed or previously sealed asphalt surfaces. It can also be mixed with sand to make an asphalt driveway patch for small areas.

Carpet Seal is a unique sealer designed to prevent the outgassing of harmful chemicals used in carpet backing. These chemicals include such known carcinogens as formaldehyde, toluene, benzene, xylene and styrene. Carpet Seal is odor-free and, when properly applied, effectively blocks outgassing for up to five cleanings or one year.
USE ON: SafeChoice Carpet Seal is generally suitable for all synthetic carpets and rugs. Because of variations in materials and production processes used by different manufacturers, you should always spot test to insure compatibility with your carpet. SafeChoice X-158
X-158 is a premium quality, clear coating for prophylactic use on surfaces where mold and might appear. It is not a cleaning agent, but a clear defensive sealer designed to encapsulate surfaces which would typically be subject to mold and mildew attack. One application lasts between 30 and 180 days, depending on the severity of the conditions.
USE ON: SafeChoice X-158 can be applied over any surface where mold and mildew might appear, including but not limited to tile, grout, epoxy coatings, rubber sealants, acrylic, wood, masonry and concrete including exterior walls and roofs.

Original Finish (Interior)
Not merely a surface dressing, the resulting finish is highly resistant to scuffing and abrasion. Apply only as much finish as the wood will absorb in a day, or buff off excess as needed. May be top coated with more finish, Concentrated Finishing Oil, or Liquid Wax End Sealer. Wet sand or power buff for a furniture grade finish. Avoid application in sun or rain.
Use on: Woodwork of any type. On logs and timbers, fill all checking with the product. |

Exterior Finish
Comprised of Original Finish with a new nano Zinc Oxide which works as both a UVA and mildewcide. The particle of Zinc Oxide does not break down from UVA over time and offers indefinite protection from the sun. Please use is within a month or two of ordering it from us, as the Zinc Oxide has a very short shelf life once mixed into the finish. Liquid Wax End Sealer
A superior non-staining joinery, end grain sealer and buffing wax. Apply one of two ways: rub in as a polish and buff dry, or apply, let dry, and polish with a power buffer. Pure Citrus Solvent
This is the purest form of citrus turpenes, and it is extracted only from the cold-pressed oil of the orange peel during the juicing process. It is totally biodegradable and fully responsible for the wonderful orange aroma in Land Ark products. This is the only solvent used in Land Ark finishes and is also sold separately for thinning any of their other products. |
