Polyureseal
Polyureseal has exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, coupled with high solids, very low odor, and very low VOC, make it the clear alternative to conventional solvent and water-based polyurethanes. Also available in satin.

Safe Seal
Safe Seal is a multi-use, waterbased, low gloss sealer for highly porous surfaces such as particle board, plywood, processed wood and porous
concrete. Formaldehyde blocking.
USE ON: Porous surfaces such as processed wood products, concrete, wood, new drywall, grout and plaster. If used as a grout sealer, wipe excess off tile with a damp cloth or sponge while still wet. Test surfaces first in inconspicuous areas to be sure product absorbs into surfaces completely. Excellent at controlling formaldehyde emissions of open faced and faced fiberglass batt insulation - simply fog spray surfaces.

Hard Seal
Hard Seal is a multi-use, clear gloss sealer especially formulated to provide more resistance to both low and high porosity surfaces.
USE ON: Typically used on previously uncoated and unsealed woodwork, cabinetry, vinyl or porous tile. To prevent outgassing of previously coated surfaces, can also be applied over existing paints, stain and colorfast wallpaper. When applying to a previously coated surface test in inconspicuous places for satisfactory appearance. Correct application will slightly deepen color of existing surface.

Penetrating Waterstop
Penetrating WaterStop improves water resistance and repellency in a wide variety of surfaces, including brick walls, concrete foundations, stucco, stone and most unglazed tile.
USE ON: Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop is recommended for porous brick, mexican pavers, concrete block, concrete and stucco. It can also be used over wood to increase water repellency and reduce water absorption.

Grout Sealer
Grout Sealer is a clear, moisture resistant sealer for porous tile grout and other cementation surfaces. It actually reacts with and becomes a part of the grout, increasing water resistance and minimizing the penetration of liquids, helping to prevent staining and giving a wearable, washable surface.
USE ON: Unsealed tile grout. May also be effective on a variety of other porous cementitious surfaces (test first). For previously sealed grout, conduct several small test patches for absorption and compatibility.

Watershield
WaterShield is a clear, versatile, controlled penetration water repelling sealer which provides an invisible barrier against water and resists oils, grease and similar liquids. It is fast drying, has excellent adhesion, and is easy to apply.
USE ON: Porous cementitious materials such as concrete, stucco, brick, block, terrazzo and unglazed tile. Also excellent as a wood sealer.

MexeSeal
MexeSeal is a low odor, waterbased, medium gloss clear sealer. It is suitable for use on porous interior tile or masonry surfaces where oil and water repellency are desired.
USE ON: Safecoat MexeSeal is recommended on substrates such as the following; unpolished marble, limestone, granite, sandstone, slate, fireclay (brick, tile, terracotta, pavers), concrete (brick, tile, precast panels, cast in place). Safecoat MexeSeal is generally not suited for polished surfaces; test first.

DynoSeal
DynoSeal is a sophisticated, low odor, all weather, waterproof, vapor proof coating and sealer that remains flexible for years. It is highly resistant to flame spread and temperature change, and when cured is also highly resistant to gasoline, oil, grease, fungi, acids and alkaline's. It has very low odor upon application and is odor free once cured.
USE ON: Safecoat DynoSeal is recommended for use on seamless roofs and as a deck coating and underlayment for shower stalls, tubs, pools and saunas. It is also recommended for use in repairing roofs, flashing, shingles and metal seems.

DynoSeal - Driveway/Asphalt Sealer
DynoSeal Driveway/Asphalt Sealer is a low odor elastomeric sealer and topcoating for asphalt surfaces. It helps to reduce the offgassing and offensive smells generated by new asphalt, while preserving and renewing existing asphalt surfaces.
USE ON: DynoSeal Driveway/Asphalt Sealer can be used on unsealed or previously sealed asphalt surfaces. It can also be mixed with sand to make an asphalt driveway patch for small areas.

SafeChoice Carpet Seal
Carpet Seal is a unique sealer designed to prevent the outgassing of harmful chemicals used in carpet backing. These chemicals include such known carcinogens as formaldehyde, toluene, benzene, xylene and styrene. Carpet Seal is odor-free and, when properly applied, effectively blocks outgassing for up to five cleanings or one year.
USE ON: SafeChoice Carpet Seal is generally suitable for all synthetic carpets and rugs. Because of variations in materials and production processes used by different manufacturers, you should always spot test to insure compatibility with your carpet. Wool fibers generally do not react well to water based products, so SafeChoice Carpet Seal is not recommended for wool.

SafeChoice Lock Out
Lock Out is designed to perform two functions: first, to seal in the outgassing of harmful chemicals found in carpet fibers, and second to help repel dirt and stains.
USE ON: SafeChoice Lock Out is generally suitable for all synthetic carpets and rugs. Because of variations in materials and production processes used by different manufacturers, you should always spot test to insure compatibility with your carpet. Wool fibers generally do not react well to water based products, so SafeChoice Lock Out is not recommended for wool.

DynoFlex
DynoFlex is a unique, water based, low odor elastomeric sealer that comes in a paste-like compound for sealing seams, joints and cracks in new and old heating and air conditioning ducts, and for repairing metal roofs and asphalt shingles. Also comes in a sprayable form that can be used over Safecoat DynoSeal as a topcoat for roofs and decks.
USE ON:Safecoat DynoFlex is recommended for new and old heating and air conditioning ducts, metal roof cracks, damaged asphalt shingles, mobile home roofs and similar areas. In the sprayable form, it is recommended as a topcoat for Safecoat DynoSeal.

DynoFlex RoofGuard
Safecoat RoofGuard is a unique, high performance, water based, low odor roof coating suitable for properly primed roofs. It is mildew and water resistant and resists weather elements. RoofGuard has excellent bridging qualities and can be used to patch, seal and bridge hairline cracks. Safecoat RoofGuard provides excellent elongation and waterproofing qualities when applied at proper film thickness. RoofGuard adds surface reflectivity to help control roof heat gain.

SafeChoice X-158
X-158 is a premium quality, clear coating for prophylactic use on surfaces where mold and might appear. It is not a cleaning agent, but a clear defensive sealer designed to encapsulate surfaces which would typically be subject to mold and mildew attack. One application lasts between 30 and 180 days, depending on the severity of the conditions.
USE ON: SafeChoice X-158 can be applied over any surface where mold and mildew might appear, including but not limited to tile, grout, epoxy coatings, rubber sealants, acrylic, wood, masonry and concrete including exterior walls and roofs.

AcriGlaze
AcriGlaze is a special mixing medium and finish suitable for use even in the display, art and show fields. It is mildew resistant, odorless and dries clear. Ideal for restoring old finishes to their original brilliance, sealing and preserving painted work, faux finishing and as an adhesive for papier mache. Dries clear.
USE ON: Clear finish for masonry, brick, plaster, wood, paneling, etc., where a soft low luster finish and sealer is desired. May be used both interior or exterior as a reducer for any type of waterbased paint. Excellent medium for artist colors and universal tints.
