Return Policy
Shipped Orders: Returns require a return materials authorization (RMA) number . Returns without authorization and an RMA number will not be accepted. Email Orders@thenaturalabode.com for authorization and an RMA number for qualified returns, and directions on where to ship the return. Please note that return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Merchandise is returnable, with the original receipt, for 30 days, provided it is unopened, in original packaging, and in new & resaleable condition, except for sale or clearance items which are final sales and except for the following items which are final sales and
non-returnable:
 * Tinted paint
* Beds
* Futons
* Mattresses
* Mattress toppers
* Mattress pads
* Sheets
* Underwear
* Floors & Flooring Transitions
* All Toilets
* Any cut to order product
* Special Order products
Please ask ahead of time if you are unsure as to whether a product is returnable and we will be happy to assist you. Sale and clearance items are not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable, and buyer must pay return shipping, if applicable. |
