Shipping Policy
Expediency
For items that we have in stock, we place a high priority in shipping them out to you as soon as possible.
Cut-off times: For most items that are in-stock, we are usually able to ship it the same day we receive the order by 2:30 PM. Orders
received after that may ship that day if time allows.
For tinted paint we request the order by 1:30 PM to ship Fedex ground.
For freight shipments on bulky items, please call 800-863-1078 or email info@thenaturalabode.com for shipping times.
Late orders: if your order is received after our cutoff times and you must have it ship that day, we charge a $10 rush fee to cover the
cost of dropping it off with a carrier.
Bulky Items
For over-sized, bulk, or heavy items such as flooring, plywood, outdoor furniture, plaster, renewable energy items please call 1-800-863-1078, or e-mail info@thenaturalabode.com for a shipping quote. The shipping cost on these items will not be calculated correctly through our online system, but will be included at the time of order processing.
